On 25 October we tested the NBT EVO connected apps with ExpertNBT OS. Weather returned current conditions and a detailed forecast. Online Search returned the BMW EXPERT listing, including a map and contact details.

The value is in everyday use: information in the car’s familiar interface, with BMW EXPERT handling compatibility assessment and installation. Our website demo uses authentic captures from that system.

We also document the limits. News initially returned a service error, then loaded headlines and opened an article on retry. We record both outcomes. An active ConnectedDrive subscription and eligibility for the corresponding services remain necessary.

It opens from ConnectedDrive and presents results by electronic module. The demonstration vehicle’s completed report contains successful reads from all 15 responding modules. That result applies to this vehicle and this report.

Fault descriptions are available in Greek or English where verified definitions exist. The application retains the codes and distinguishes incomplete reads. No external computer is needed to display the results.

The information helps you understand a finding and discuss it with your technician. It is not a repair diagnosis on its own. We did not clear faults, reset service items or register a battery replacement to create the demonstration.

ExpertNBT OS is available for NBT EVO after assessment. Where requirements are met, a BMW EXPERT technician can install remotely with suitable equipment, a reliable connection and stable vehicle power support.

For compatible NBT1 or EntryNav1-era vehicles, we assess TCB-to-ATM 4G conversion. Selected 2013–2014 F-series vehicles without factory telematics may be candidates for a standalone module retrofit. Hardware work is carried out physically on the car.

NBT, EntryNav, EntryEvo and MGU versions remain in development. Submitting your VIN and contact details creates an assessment enquiry in the client portal. Submission does not automatically start an installation or create a charge.
